Antipasti
Prosciutto e melone
Juicy honeydew melon fanned and served with slices of Parma ham.
Bruschetta
Classical Italian toasty rubbed with garlic and olive oil. Served with tomato and torn basil or roasted vegetables, maybe a bit of both.
Fegatini di pollo piccanti
Fresh chicken livers seared in garlic and chilli, nestled over a bed of mixed leaves and sun-blushed tomatoes.
Secondi
Triglia allo zafferano e asparagi
Grilled fillet of red sea bream finished with a light saffron sauce rested over crushed new potatoes with asparagus.
Petti di pollo alla pizzaiola
Tender butter flied chicken breast in a tomato olive, caper and anchovy sauce rested over creamed potatoes and steamed broccoli.
Melanzane arrosto
Baked aubergine, stuffed with tomatoes, olives and capers. Finished with pecorino cheese.
