Infusion offers you a fine dining experience with authentic, contemporary  Italian dishes inspired by the southern Italian region of Puglia, ancestral home of La Famiglia Petrosillo.

From meats to vegan, seafood to vegetarian, all dishes are prepared using only the finest, freshest ingredients.

Chef Martin McMillan prepares his own fresh pasta and pizza dough daily and reduces ‘food miles’ by choosing locally sourced produce.

Special dietary needs, including, but not limited to: vegetarian, vegan, coeliac and gluten-free are most welcome.

Food prepared to your taste e.g. without garlic, can be pre-ordered with 24h notice.
