Infusion Restaurant is a modern style Italian restaurant
using fresh produce to create the finest Italian dishes. Our ingredients
are a mix of local and Italian produce used to prepare quality home cooked
food. Veal saltimbocca with a rich marsala sauce, whole line caught sea
bass with buttered baby spinach and warm new potatoes or whole king prawns
with seared scallop to name a few, or why not try one of our stone baked
pizza's prepared fresh by our talented pizza chef. To end your evening on a lighter note our deserts are all home
made. Italian beers and wines are on the menu along with a wide range of
liquors and other alcoholic beverages as well as coffee and petit fours.
Infusion also offers a warm and welcoming
 atmosphere, and the service is
second to none as the waiting on team will cater for your every need.
