Martin and Eliana took over in October 2006 and set about a top-to-toe refurbishment programme, opening in February 2007 in surroundings that could equal anything in London in terms of cool style. Martin, a talented and experienced chef, lists fresh seafood, veal and steaks among specialities, but everything that comes out of his kitchen gets the best attention to detail in both preperation and presentation. The dolce (sweets) menu ensures a delightful ending to a memorable meal. All this excellent food is complemented by a well chosen list of Italian wines and cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
